Multiple failures of these brackets and their corresponding transmitters during a seismic event could have resulted in an unanalyzed plant accident condition.
The new design eleminates this condition.
I All Bechtel comments have been resolved and B&W field change authorizations FC-157/Rev 3 and FC-149/Rev 3 have been approved so that installation of
-replacement brackets can be started. Installation and verification of seismic qualification of replacement brackets will be documented by closure of Consumers Power Company NCR M01-92-065.
