" Defective CE Type AKR Breakers, C-Clips Fall Off" Sixth Interim Report The above referenced letter indicates submittal of a Final Report to the USNRC on November 2, 1983.
At the present time, the verification of supporting documentation is in progress and is scheduled to be completed late November 1983.
A Final Report will be submitted to the USNRC on December 8, 1983.
