School Street Johnson, Vermont 05656 (802) 635-2331 AFFIDAVIT REGARDING PROPOSED TRANSFER OF THE 0.41259% JOINT OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN SEABROOK UNITS N05. 1 AND 2 FROM VERMONT ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC.
William J. Gallagher, Vice-President and Executive Manager of Vermont Electric Generation and Transmission Cooperative, Inc. ("VEG&T"),
being duly sworn, deposes and says the following concerning the proposed transfer of Vermont Electric Cooperative, Inc. ("VEC")'s 0.41259% Joint ownership interest in the nuclear electric generating units being constructed in Seabrook, New Hampshire, known as Seabrook Units Nos. I and 2 (the " Units") to VEG&T:
1.
The total generating capacity of VEGST from all sources either owned or by contract is less than 200 megawatts.
2.
That after the acquisition of VEC's 0.41259% Joint ownership interest in Seabrook Units Nos. I and 2, the total generating capacity of VEGST will be less than 200 megawatts.
