The purpose of this letter is to submit the Four Year Simulator Certification Report for the Beaver Valley Unit 1 Simulator in accordance with 10 CFR 55.45. Duquesne Light Company, by submitting this report, as required by 10 CFR 55.45 (b)(5)(ii) and (b)(5)(vi), certifies that the Beaver Valley Unit 1 plant referenced simulator has been maintained to meet the Commission's regulations.
