.nformation Act, 5 USC 552, I am requesting access to all maw - tal (correspondence, memorandum,)etc) regarding the IHSI (Ir._uctive Heating Stress Improvement process for type 304 stainless steel piping as it pertains to the Shoreham nuclear power plant unit no.

The Shoreham docket is 50-322.
In particular, the staff response should include the following data:
- 1. Date applicant began process for facility and date completed and/or estimated date of completion
- 2. Systems involved' and whether entire system piping was subjected to IliSI process or just portions thereof
- 3. Please identify those portions which were not subject to IHSI treatment and reason (i.e. inaccessible, SRI value of 1.0 or less, etc)
- 4. If applicant used General Electric SRI code to determine pipe welds which are potential IGSCC candidates, please furnish list of SRI values for those welds.
