FAA's report on the cause of the failure of the crankshaft on diesel generator 102; 2.
FAA's analysis of the replacement (13 X 12") crankshafts for the Shoreham diesel generators; and 3.
FAA's preliminary report on the diesel generator connecting rod bearings.
Because only a limited number of copies of this report are available right now, only one copy is being provided.
