P Intervenor notes that " Phase II" testimony concerning diesel generator related issues has a direct bearing on underlying issues of credibility, character, competence, honesty, integrity and willingness to abide by regulatory requirements.

The " Phase II" witnesses and issues are reserved until commencement of Phase II proceedings.

Phase II witnesses are necessary to adequately evaluate issues pertaining to credibility of key portions of Phase I testimony.

To the extent Phase II witnesses are i

necessary to evaluate credibility, candor, truthfulness, willingness to abide by regulatory requirements and other issues, Intervenor understands that Phase II witness testimony may impact on ultimate findings related to credibility, candor, truthfulness and willingness to abide by. regulatory requirements.
