Admissibility ofIntervenor's Prefiled Testimony and Statement ofIssues Georgia Power intends to move, at the Prehearing Conference, to strike portions of intervenor's Prefiled Testimony and Statement ofIssues that do not comply with the Licensing Board's Memorandum and Order of November 8,1994 (Summary Disposition: lilegal Transfer Allegations), that are irrelevant or immaterial, that have not been previously disclosed during discovery, or that are otherwise inappropriate.

Unreasonableness ofIntervenor's Witness List.

Order of Presentation of Witnesses.

Depositions of NRC Staff witnesses which were not completed during October.
