[dA -[d- //()f 0'd HMJ Gentlemen /Ms, Under provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC 552, I am requesting access to all material (correspondence, memorandum, etc) regarding the IHSI (Inductive Heating Stress Improvement) process for type 304 stainless steel piping as it pertains to the Shoreham nuclear power plant unit no.

The Shoreham docket is 50-322.

In particular, the staff response should include the following data:
- 1. Date applicant began process for facility and date completed and/or estimated date of completion
- 2. Systems involved and whether entire system piping was subjected to IHSI process or just portions thereof
- 3. please identify those portions which were not subject to IHSI treatment and reason (i.e. inaccessible, SRI value of 1.0 or less, etc)
- 4. If applicant used General Electric SRI code to determine pipe welds which are potential IGSCC candidat s, please furnish list of SRI values for those welds.
