As required by the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.9, the radiocotive effluent release report, " Effluent and Waste Disposal Semiannual Report," was submitted by letter from C. C. Mason to you in February 23, 1982. The report provided data on

radioactive discharges during the period of July 1,1981 through December 31, 1981. Enclosed is the " Radiological Impact Assessment," that was inadvertently omitted from our February 23, 1982 submittal. Data on radioactive discharges during the period of January 1,1981 through June 30, 1981 was transmitted to you on August 31, 1981 by letter from Jere M. Ballentine.
