Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Revisions are enclosed to the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant Semi-Annual Radioactive Release Reports which were submitted in accordance with Unit 1 and Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.8 for calendar years 1981 and 1982. The original submittal date of each report and details of the revisions are shown on Attachment 1.
The revisions correct erroneously high liquid effluent fission and activation product values and gaseous effluent particulate values which were caused by computer software deficiencies.
