Attached are two (2) copies of Endorsement No. 22, on Secondary Financial Protection for Certificate N-41, provided by the Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance Association and Certificete No. M-41, provided by the Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters (MAELU), which represent the Secondary Financial Protection bond from the American Nuclear Insurers (ANI) and MAELU regarding the secondary layer of financial protection under the Price-Anderson Act.
