Gentlemen:
As agreed to by the parties, Georgia Power transmitted to the Board copies of excerpts of trial and deposition testimony of a number of Individuals.I' The parties initially agreed that all of the deposition excerpts should be accompanied by the errata sheets for the depositions. However, the package which was assembled for the parties by Georgia Power and sent to the Board did not include the errata sheet for the June 9,1994 deposition of Warren Jobe. A copy of that errata sheet is enclosed. Provided that I do not receive any objection from either of you, I plan to send Mr. Jobe's errata sheet to the Board on Thursday, February 9.
