St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 50-389 Physical Security Plan - Revision 42 Florida Power and Light Company has revised the St. Lucie Plant Physical Security Plan and has determined that the revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the plan.
Pursuant to 10 CFR
- 50. 54 (p), a report describing the revision and copies PSLPSP-R42-03 through PSLPSP-R42-06 are enclosed. :
Summary of the changes and a marked up copy of the revised pages. :
Directions for incorporating this revision into the plan and copies of the replacement pages.
The enclosed material contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
Therefore pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a) (3) the enclosures are exempt from public disclosure.
By copy of this letter, we are forwarding copies PSLPSP-R42-01 and PSLPSP-R42-02 to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region II.
