Completion of Transfer of EUA Power Corporation Ownership Share of Seabrook Station Gentlemen:
On November 23,1994, Great llay Power Corporation completed the transfer of control of the 12.1324 perctut ownership in Seabrook Station, Unit No.1, from EUA Power Corporation. This transfer was accomplished under the consent granted by the NRC in Amendment No. 23 to the Seabrook Station Operating License [ Reference (c)] and the modified Order Approving Transfer of License [ Reference (d)].
With the completion of the transfer, Great llay Power Corporation has emerged from bankruptcy and the order dated August 30, 1994 has now been implemented by Nonh Atlantic Energy Service Corporation.
