McPeck and based on Exemption dated July 29, 1994, the revision is being i
submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (p) and his review.
l Through the use an attemative access control system, Nuclear Security will no longer be required to issue, storc or retneve picture badges for contractors who hase been granted unescorted access into the protected areas of the Calvert Cliffs site. With completion 'f the integrated hand-geometry system installation scheduled for January, 1994, contractors and licensee employees, who have unescorted access, will keep their picture badge in their possession when departing the Calvert Cliffs site.
