Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications Change Request Nos.

93-12-0, 94-46-0, 94-51-0, 94-52-0, 94-53-0 Changes Affecting TS Administrative Section 6.0 Gentlemen; PECO Energy Company is submitting Technical Specificatiom (TS) Change Request Nos.93-124, 94-464,94-51-0,94-52-0, and 94-53-0 in accordance with 10CFR50.90, requesting changes to the TS (i.e., Appendix A) of Operating License Nos. NPF-39 and NPF-85 for Limerick Generating Station (LGS), Units 1 and 2.

The proposed changes to the LGS, Unit 1 and Unit 2, TS, are as follows.

93-12-0, "NEEDS Organization Title Changes" 94 46 0, " Minimum Sh!ft Crew Composition" 94-51-0, " Delete Independent Technical Review Section from TS" 94-52-0, " Delete NRB Review Section from TS" 94-53-0, " Delete NRB Audit Section from TS" Information supporting these TS Change Requests are contained in Attachment 1 to this letter, and the proposed replacement pages for the LGS TS are contained in Attachment 2. The proposed changes are indicated by a vertical bar in the margin of the affected TS page. These TS Chango Requests are being submitted under affirmation, and the associated affidavit is enclosed.

These TS Change Requests are being submitted concurrent with a PECO Energy request to reduce commitments to the LGS Quality Assurance Program de,uiption in accordance with 10 CFR 3 50.54(a)(3) by letter from G. A. Hunger dated Noveinber 21,1994. The proposed reduction in j commitnient ano these TS Change Requests are independent from each other. However, approval l for both requests are required for PECO Energy implementation.

We request that, if approved, these TS Change Requests for LGS, Units 1 and 2, be approved prior to January 3,1995 and become effective immediately upon issuance.
