' NARRATIVE

SUMMARY

OF OPERATIONS SEPTEMBER, 1983 During the raonth of September, there was one-unit shutdown on September 16, 1983 which initiated the Cycle II - III refueling outage.

The following safety-related maintenance was performed in the month of September:

1. Performed miscellaneous maintenance on diesel generators.
2. Repaired 2C CCW pump.
3. Performed vibration analysis on 2A CCW pump.
4. Cleaned out 2A, 2B and 2C charging pump oil coolers and service water lines.
5. Commenced core offload.
