DETERMINATION CF REACTOR COOLANT HYOROGEN ANC 0FF-GAS CGNCENTR ATICNS AT THE HIGH R ACI ATION SAMPLING SYSTEM A. gugacS3 The ' purpose lof thi s procedure is to celineate a metnoc of obtaining a reactor coolant off gas sample at the Mign Raciation Sampling System (HRSS) during normal ano post-accicent conditions. This procacure incluces tne steps to route gas tc the Chamical Anal ysi s Panel (CAP) ano the Chemical Monitoring Panel (CMP) for hycrcgen analysis.
