On November 10,1994, I telephoned Judge Bloch and scheduled a telephone conference among the Board and the parties for Monday, November 14 at 11:00 a.m.
During this call, I also asked Judge Bloch for a clarification of the Board's Memora and Order (Motion to Reopen Discovery), dated November 9,1994. I informed Judg that I was uncertain of the scope of the sequestration order. Judge Bloch clarified that sequestration order was intended to apply only to the issue addressed in the issue of who was to be notified in the event of an emergency at Plant Vogtle.
