This Amendment adds to the Application the three vol-ume Electrical Equipment Environmental Qualification Report, dated October, 1983 and deletes the earlier version of this report dated May 24, 1983.

This filing consists of three originals and nineteen copies of Amendment No. 57 to the License Application and twenty copies of the three volume Electric Equipment Environmental Qualification Report dated October, 1983.
