I Gentlemen:
In reviewing the transcript for the Yogtle Unit 2 NRC Hearing for a full Power License, we discovered two minor areas where the record needs correcting.
On page 33 while Mr. McDon61d was reviewing the hierarchy between.the CEO of Georoia Power Company and the Yogtle Plant Manager, he inadvertently left out the hnior Vice President of Nuclear Operations.
The organization is as described on figures 13.1.1-1 and 13.1.1-2 of the Yogtle Final Safety Analysis Report.
On page 40 while Mr. McCoy was responding to Comissioner Curtiss' concern on the pressurizer surge line stratification issue, he inadvertently stated that both Yogtle units have been analyzed and both meet the criteria of the ASME i
i Code.
In f act, only Unit 2 has been analyzed for this new concern and we are addressing Unit 1 according to the schedule specified in NRC Bulletin 68-11.
