Specification Table 4.3-1, Item 7,
Overtemperature Delta-T (OTAT),
and Item 8,
Overpower Delta-T (OPAT) for the period from December 30, 1994, to January 13, 1995, at 1820 hours0.0211 days <br />0.506 hours <br />0.00301 weeks <br />6.9251e-4 months <br />.
On January 10, 1995, the technical specification required channel functional testing was successfully completed on the Channel 3
OTAT and OPAT circuits.
The channels were demonstrated operable three days prior to the expiration of the Notice of Enforcement Discretion.
During the period of December 30, 1994, to January 10, 1995, no spikes were recorded on Channel 3 circuits.
The Duquesne Light Company appreciates the NRC's responsive reply to our request for enforcement discretion.
