JOHN F. DOHERTY'S REQUEST FOR LEAVE TO AMEND HIS PETITION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE John F. Doherty, Petitioner pro se, now requests leave of the Board to file the attached " JOHN F. DOHERTY.'S AMENDED PETITION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE".
In their responses to this Petitioner's Petition for Leave to Intervene, Appli-cant and Staff have urged expansion of several Commission rulings into areas not counterianced in the original rulings, and have misrepresented this Petitioner's arguments in at least one case. Hence there is considerable chance that an injustice will be done to Petitioner's rights in this proceeding unless the Board considers the aforementioned " AMENDED PETITION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVEhT",
filed this day.
For the above reasons, Petitioner requests the Board grant leave to this Petitioner to file the enclosed " AMENDED PETITION".
