APPLICANT'S NOTIFICATION OF TRANSMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL MATERIAL REGARDING LIMERICK ECOLOGY ACTION'S CONTENTION I-42 On July 25, 1983, Applicant submitted its answer to Limerick Ecology Action's respecification of Contention I-42.
On page 4 ot that pleading, it was noted that a supplement to the Environmental Qualification Report will be issued in October.
Notification is given that copies of the revised Environmental Qualification Report are scheduled to be sent from Philadelphia on Friday, October 7,
1983 by Federal Express to the Licensing Board and NRC Staff.
A copy will be hand delivered to counsel for Limerick Ecology Action on that date.
Other parties to the proceeding will receive routine service of this report.
