NRC letter to TVA dated February 4, 1994, " Evaluation of the Detailed Control Room Design Review Program Implementation at the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 (TAC Nos. M87234 and M87235)"
As requested in the above reference, this letter notifies NRC that TVA has completed the corrective actions for the Unit 2 human engineering discrepancies (HEDs). NRC determined that TVA had identified appropriate corrective actions for the HEDs at SQN by the above reference.
Staf f concerns regarding the SQN DCRDR program have been resolved by completing the corrective actions for safety-significant HEDs.
