Waterford 3 SES Docket No. 50-382 License No. NPF-38 Emergency Preparedness Exercise for 1995 Gentlemen:

The proposed schedule for the Waterford 31995 annual exercise is July 12, 1995. This schedule has been discussed with representatives of the State of Louisiana and FEMA and is presented here for your information.

If there are any conflicts or problems with this schedule, please advise us as soon as possible.

As in the past, an exercise objectives meeting will be scheduled.

We will provide notification as to the date and time for the meeting when this information is confirmed. The meeting will discuss the 1995 exercise objectives prior to submittal to the NRC and FEMA.

Representatives of the State of Louisiana, St. Charles and St. John the Baptist Parishes and Entergy Operations, Inc. will be in attendance.

It is desirable to have the appropriate NRC and FEMA represer tatives also in attendance.
