Gentlemen:
The Nebraska Public Power District (District) requests that the attached three pages of the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) Emergency Plan replace these same pages that were submitted by the reference in revision 29 to the CNS Emergency Plan.
Upon further review by the District and discussions with the NRC, the District finds it i
necessary to retract the identified pages that were submitted by the Reference. The correct approved pages (attached) of the CNS Emergency Plan should be used to replace the identified incorrect pages. Please remove and insert the identified pages below to the CNS 1
