January 13, 1995, Georgia Power indicated that it was prepared to ~ -

provide to the Board copies of the Overview Comittee minutes for the period March 1988 through January 1991, but proposed that the other parties first be given one week to review those minutes. Tr.

2759-60. Copies of the minutes were provided to Intervenor and the Staff at that time. Having received no coments from the other parties, Georgia Power is providing herewith to the Board copies of the minutes of Overview Committee meetings between March 1988 through January 1991. References to' confidential INPO ratings have been redacted.
