This report covers the six month period beginning July 1, 1994 and ending on December 31, 1994.

Report for Period of July 1, 1994 - December 31, 1994 l
POSITIVE TEST RESULTS I
l Random Two WCNOC employees tested positive for marijuana and were referred to the Employee Assistance Program.
One long term contractor tested positive for cocaine and was terminated.
Follow-un Testing One WCNOC employee tested positive for marijuana on a follow-up test and was terminated.
Pre-Access l
Six contractors were denied access due to positive test results on pre-access drug screens: one tested positive for cocaine, one for amphetamines, one for marijuana and three tested positive for alcohol.

For-Cause i
One WCNOC employee was tested for-cause for alcohol use.
His test results were positive for alcohol and he was referred to the Employee Assistance Program.
One long term ' contractor, who was onsite as a visitor, was suspected of alcohol use, and a for-cause test for alcohol was performed. The results were in the buffer zone.
The drug screen was positive for marijuana.
The contractor was denied access and is not scheduled to return.
A short term contractor was tested for-cause for alcohol use.
He tested positive and was escorted offsite.

A short term contractor was tested for-cause for alcohol use.
The t:est for alcohol was negative, however the drug screen was positive for cocaine and the l
contractor terminated.
Fitness for Duty Program Changes There were no Fitness for Duty program changes.
Events Reported in Accordance With 10 CFR 26.73 No events occurred during this reporting period requiring reporting in accordance with 10 CFR 26.73.
