Therefore, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (p) (2).
The information contained in the attached documents has been classified as Safeguards Information.
Consumers Power Company, therefore, requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21(c).
