The Authority reviewed the Operational Safeguards Response Evaluation transmitted by letter dated August 23,1994 and agrees with the concerns stated in the evaluation. The Authority's responses to these concerns are provided in Attachment 1.
The commitments made by the Authority in this letter are listed in Attachment 11.
The attachment hereto is considered safeguards information as defined in 10 CFR 73.21.
The Authority requests that the Commission withhold this information from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 (d).
