DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Revised Pages for License Amendment Request Dated October 17, 1994 Chance Radioactive Effluent Report Submittal from Semiannual to Annual Attached is a revision to Exhibits B and C for the License Amendment Request dated October 17, 1994. This revision was deemed necessary because an additional page, TS-ix, was identified which requires revision to implement the proposed amendments. Page TS.6.7-3 was further revised to delete " release" from the first line of the first paragraph. Exhibit C pages also have been sidelined where wording changes were made. These changes are editorial in nature and do not change the conclusion of the original significant hazards considerations.
b For ease of making page substitutions, Exhibits B and C have been resubmitted in their encirety. Attachment 1 contains the Technical Specification pages narked up to implement the proposed amendments (Exhibit B).
