1 When m use. Safeguards Information and 10 CFR 2.7901d) information shall be under positsve physical control of an individual who has a need to kno w. When unattended. Safeguards Information must be stored in an approved, locked, security storage contamer. 10 CFR 2.790(diinformation must be stored in a locked environment (such as a desk. file cabinet, or storage room).
2, When mailina Safeguards information or 10.CFR 2.790(dl information, the matenal shali be double enveloped. The innat envelope shall be clearly and conspicuously labeled, ~ SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION. WITHHOLD FROM PUBLIC OlSCLOSURE. TO BE OPENED BY AODRESSEE ONLY" and this transmittal sheet shall be attached as a cover sheet.
The outer envelope shall be addressed using standard mailing procedures.

Safeguards information may be reproduced as necessary: however, reproduction should be kept to the minimum possible amount riecessary to accomplish assigned lob tasks.
