3 In view of the completed conversion of the University of Virginia Reactor to LEU fuel, ,

and the upcoming decommissioning of the 100W Cavalier Reactor, both of which may have an impact on relaxing security requirements at our Reactor Facility, I respectfully request the NRC to take no further action en its Ldew and approval of amendments to our facility's Security Plan which were proposed by us on July 13,1990. The original Security Plan continues to be adequate and is being observed. As time permits, my staff will review this plan next year and prepare an upctay4Agaygtment request at that time.
