Unit 1 and Unit 3 Operational Readiness Program j

(Reference 1). of this submittal provided a listing of CATDs from the ECSP that were not required to be closed before Unit 3 returns to service.

The purpose of this correspondence is to inform you that TVA is taking an aggressive approach and intends to complete the corrective actions for Unit 3 CATDs before Unit 3 returns to service.

This includes CATD corrective actions tracked by the commitment management process as described in Reference 2.

1 Exceptions to this approach, will be addressed on a case by case basis.
