Waterford 3 SES Docket No. 50-382 License No. NPF-38 Emergency Plan Gentlemen:
Enclosed is a copy of Revision 20, of the Waterford 3 Emergency Plan which is submitted in accordance with 10CFR50.54(q). This submittal is provided under affidavit per requirements of 10CFR50.
The changes to the Waterford Emergency Plan made by Revision 20 do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan.
Furthermore, the plan, as revised and changed, continues to meet the standards of 10CFR50.47 (b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10CFR50. Attached is a summary of Revision 20.
Please note that pages A-7-31 and I-14 of the Emergency Plan contain a radio frequency which is considered personal information.
The two pages with the personal information are attached; it is reocasted that this information be withheld from the public pursuant to 10CFR2.790.
The enclosure contains no personal information and may be considered a public copy.
