TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (TVA) NUCLEAR POWER RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY PLAN (REP) - REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF REVISION TO THE TVA REP Enclosed is a proposed revision to Appendix B of TVA's REP.

This proposed revision reflects replacing the current NUREG-0654 based Emergency Action Levels (EALs) for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN) with the R.G.1.101 NUMARC EAL methodology. The enclosed revision will replace what is currently pages B-1 thrcugh 3-133 of Appendix B, in its entirety. A cross-reference of the proposed SQN EALs to the NUMARC EALs is included as part of the revision.

Your review and approval of this revision is requested prior to implementation. We would appreciate a response within 90 days if possible.
