This document will be used in the development of the complete scenario package which will contain everything needed to conduct the 1983 Field Exercise scheduled for October 26, 1983. The complete scenario package will be sub-mitted to you by September 26, 1983 for your review.
The Exercise objectives for the 1983 Exercise will be submitted directly to you by Iowa Electric Light and Power Company.
