Dear Mr. Collins:
The above referenced letter indicated submittal of a Final Report to the USNRC by September 15, 1983.
At the present time, the completion of corrective action including the final inspection is scheduled for October 28, 1983.
A Final Report will therefore be submitted to the USNRC by November 18, 1983.
