Enclosed are six (6) copies of Revision 12 of the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station Security Plan. This revision is submitted in response to a meeting with Robert Skelton, NRC License Reviewer, by members of Commonwealth Edison's Nuclear Security Administrator's office on August 3,1983.
This revision is intended to close the NRC comments raised in May, 1980.

to 10 CFR 50.54 (p).
