The very comprehensivo report prepared by your staff on Seebrook and in maintenance issues raised a number of disturbing questions, very illuminating.

the report talks about the establishing of incentive On page 21, and offers as goals for the Seabrook maintenance department, completing the first examples of those "incontivo goals"tperforming all maintenance and refueling outage in 67 dayst including the refueling outage, within the operations work, A third goal was to maintain the work approved 1991 budget.or below the production goal.
