Attached is the December 1994 Vastewater Report for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DENPS), Unit Number 1, Permit Number 2IB00011*ED.
Also included is a completed copy of the form provided to us to request data entry software.
Please send a copy of this software so that we may try the electronic submittal option for future monthly reports.
On December 11, 1994, the free available chlorine duration limit was exceeded for Outfall 001.
A separate letter detailing this incident was submitted to Mr. Robert Plotts at the Northwest District Office on December 16, 1994, as required.
