These events dealt with problems encountered during a modification to the 2A-A diesel generator speed controller, problems with Unit i Vital Inverter 2-I, and oil system problems on the Unit 2 turbine-driven t.uxiliary feedwater pump. These events are being reported in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(1)(B) as conditi.ons that resulted in operations prohibited by technical specifications.
