TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - DOCKET NOS. 50-327 AND 50-328 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSES DPR-77 AND DPR LICENSEE EVENT REPORT (LER) 50-327/94016 The enclosed LER provides details concerning three events that were granted enforcement discretion. These events dealt with problems encountered during a modification to the 2A-A diesel generator speed controller, problems with Unit i Vital Inverter 2-I, and oil system problems on the Unit 2 turbine-driven t.uxiliary feedwater pump. These events are being reported in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(1)(B) as conditi.ons that resulted in operations prohibited by technical specifications.
