DOCKETS 50-266 AND 50-301 ADDENDUM TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE REOUEST 163 MODIFICATIONS TO SECTION 15.3.6. " CONTAINMENT SYSTEM" POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 On November 23, 1993, we submitted Technical Specifications Change Request (TSCR) 163, " Modifications To Section 15.3.6, ' Containment System'," to enhance the operating conditions and limiting conditions for operation for containment systems.

On January 12, 1995, we submitted an addendum to TSCR 163 regarding the definition of containment integrity. Per our telephone conversation on January 13, 1995, we are making the following additional changes to the definition of containment integrity:

1. Specification 15.1.D.2 will state, "The equipment hatch is properly closed."

2. Specification 15.1.D.3 will state, "At least one door in each personnel air lock is properly closed."

These changes return the wording of Specifications 15.1.D.2 and 3, to that which existed prior to our November 23, 1993, submittal.

We have reviewed the safety evaluation and no significant hazards consideration included in our November 23, 1993, submittal and have determined that they apply to this addendum.
