proceeding, and moves this Honorable Board to strike certain portions of Georgia Power Company's prefiled-testimony of Joseph l M. Farley. Intervenor has set out below the portions he asserts should be stricken and the reasons they should be stricken.

1) Page 3, line 8 to Page 5, line 5; calls for narrative from the witness and is cumulative of the witness's testimony; I

2) Page 8, line 12 to Page 10, line 3; violation of best l evidence rule - improper reliance on hearsay; the witness has no I

first hand knowledge and must speculate; I
