Dear Judge Brenner On Sept. 1, 1983,' Ann Hodgdon telephoned me to advise I had not responded to an Aug.1,1983 Staff interrogatory on Carburetor Ice (V-4).
I told her I was not aware of any such interrogatory, but interrogatory, but subsequently, from Counsel Dorsey I learned it was sent together (but not indicated ) with reply to LEA's respecification of Contention I-42 Further delay was caused by holiday closing of location of source of in-formation I needed. Enclosed is reply which I beg he received.
