Dear.Mr. Denton:
Reference (a) provided our submittal on certain items to be included in the Unit 2 license.
On August 31, 1983, Dr. A. Bournia and Mr. Tim Collins of your staff requested verification of two items regarding topic 3, MCPR Operating Limit Without EOC-RPT Unit 2 Technical Specification.
The purpose of this letter is to provide the requested information'as follows:
1.
The inputs'used in the analysis are those utilized in the LaSalle County Station FSAR Chapter 15 transient analyses.
2..
The approved version of ODYN was used in this analysis.
To the best of my knowledge and belief the statements contained hereinLare true and correct.
In some respects these statements are not based on my personal knowledge but upon information furnished by other Commonwealth Edison and contractor employees.
Such information has been reviewed in accordance with Company practice and I believe it to be reliable.
Enclosed please find one signed original and forty (40) copies of this letter.
