Gentlemen:

Per a conversation between Mr. C. A. Bottemiller of Grand Gulf Nuclear Station and Mr. M. B. Shymfock of the NRC on December 21,1994, the required response date for Notice of Violation 94 05-01 has been extended. All corrective actions to resolve the inspection findings described in Inspection Report No. 50-416/94-05 (Violation 94-05-01) will be fully implemented at Grand Gulf Nuclear Station by June 30,1995.
