CALLAWAY PLANT DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 REVISION TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Union Electric Company herewith transmits an application for amendment to Facility Operating License Number NPF-30 for the Callaway Plant.

This amendment application requests editorial and typographical revisions to various Technical Specifications to provide consintency and clarity to plant operators which will reduce the potential for operator confusion.

These revisions are described in Attachment 1.

The Callaway Plant On-Site Review Committee and the Nuclear Safety Review Board have reviewed and approved this amendment application.

Attachments 2 through 4 provide the Technical Specification changes, Safety Evaluation, and Significant Hazards Evaluation, respectively.

It has been determined that this amendment application does not involve any unreviewed safety question as defined in 10CFR50.59 nor a significant hazard consideration as determined per 10CFR50.92.
